Hail, Mother of God and Virgin, Mary full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed are thou among women and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, for thou hast given birth to the Savior of our souls. (Say 10 times for each decade:)

After every ten repetitions say “Our Father” once and “Open unto us the doors of thy loving kindness.”
