St. Seraphim of Sarov is a greatly loved Saint in Russia. During my time in Greece I was surprised to see the great reverence that people all over Greece had for him as well. There is a monastery outside of Volos with a Church dedicated to him. I was able to visit during my time there.
Here are some pictures from our stay in Greece and visiting the monastery with a Church dedicated to St. Seraphim of Sarov. I believe the Church had just finished construction and a iconstasis was not even in place when we visited.
They even had icons of St. John Maximovitch and St. John of Kronstadt at the monastery.
